Most alarm companies charge extra for a warranty on their home alarm systems. Protect America stands behind GE Home Security Systems with FREE Lifetime Warranty which covers your GE Home Security System equipment for as long as you are a Protect America customer.

This warranty period will remain in effect as long as the customer complies with the terms of the Standard Monitoring Agreement and the GE Home Security Alarm System is monitored by a Protect America, Inc. monitoring facility. The Warranty does not cover batteries, damages that result from abuse, acts of God, or if the alarm system is not used for its intended purpose. Protect America, Inc. will attempt to resolve equipment problems by phone or by diagnosing the system via the telephone line. If the problem cannot be solved remotely, Protect America, Inc. will ship a replacement component to the customer, in which case, the customer must return the defective component to Protect America, Inc.
